at USA-EAST point pulls the total purse for Pro Stock Diesel is the exact same as the total purse for the Run What Ya Brung Trucks.

the placing is different since the PS Diesel guys voted to stretch the purse to 12 places.
PRO STOCK DIESEL: 525 – 425 – 320 – 220 – 160 – 110 – 85 – 75 – 65 – 60 – 55 – 50

In RWYB the purse pays to ten places only with a 'bonus' check paid out to the top "other" truck in the results, i.e. IF diesel wins the top placing gas truck gets the bonus or if gas truck wins the top placing diesel truck gets the bonus.
RUN WHAT YA BRUNG: 500 – 400 – 300 – 200 – 150 – 125 – 100 – 85 – 75 – 65 – 50 (+100 'BONUS')

the pull at the KOT in Syracuse will offer a 'special' purse (with NO points) due to the fact that the NADM 3.0 trucks and the USA-EAST Pro Stock Diesel Trucks will compete in the same class. this would look to be a 'one shot deal'.

thanks for asking the question. i enjoy the opportunity to respond.

Tow Money for Syracuse Pull

Pro Stock Diesel 4x4 Trucks that are also USA-EAST members will receive tow money for the trip to the King of Trucks in Syracuse. If you are a current USA-EAST member and have not received a form to submit for your tow money, please contact the office of Full Pull Productions ASAP. Tow money is based on the distance from your home to the New York State Fairgrounds.

in this case a SPONSOR stepped up with the money.

IF this happens later, we will certainly spread the money out to the pullers. however, in my experience, this is a very rare situation, so don't count on this happening often!!

so here is the plan for Saturday at the KING OF TRUCKS .....

10:00am - Registration opens for both DRAGS and PULLS. This will be at GATE 7 where you will get your armbands that will allow you into the pits. Two (2) bands per entry. others must purchase a armband

12:30pm - DRAG registration closes. Meeting in the infield for all DRAG racers and the 'draw' for brackets will take place.

1:00pm - DRAG racing begins.

4:00pm - TECH for pullers.

5:30pm - PULL registration closes. Meeting in infield for all PULLERS.

6:00pm - PULL begins. Tentative order of classes: GAS 4x4; 2.6 DIESEL; SEMIS; OPEN DIESEL 4x4

FPP is 'on the grounds' at the NY State Fairgrounds as of 5pm. Mud Bogs (not anywhere near the pull track) are just finishing. nice group of trucks already parked on the fairgrounds.

grounds are wet but a sizeable paved area for parking will greet the early arriving trucks - track has been leveled and crowned early in the week and is ready for drag racing in the afternoon. forecast is for 'scattered showers' on Saturday. event promoters are committed to getting both the drags and pulls completed on Saturday. it looks to me that everything is "good to go".

come on out to Syracuse for the King of Trucks.
