Help us set this up and we will come out. We have the support of EFIlive and Ira. We can offer a discounted price on the V2s at the class and more. Lets make this happen.

Does it have to be free training location or can it have cost? You can IM me the info or email me at bigcumminsdiesel@msn.com my number to reach me is 240-472-9060. Thank you nwtdiesel, looking forward attending

It doesnt have to be free but just needs to be covered with the class money we collect. We will also need to cover our flights, rooms and food. Last class we did was $125 because it was at our facility, we will need $250 for beginners class on Sat and $350 for advanced class on Sunday since we will be traveling. They run about 6 hours with a additional 2 hours of 1 on 1 time. If you sign up for both classes then its $450. Thats 16 hours of EFI training for $450 bucks. Pretty damn good deal. Alot of time and effort goes into the classes, food is provided and we can get you all shirts/stickers aswell.

You guys will be able to tune/log your trucks after taking the class. If we get enough interest we can wright up a actual curriculum on what we will teach out on the East coast.

Heres what we offered at the last beginners class:

EFIlive Beginners Workshop
Hey guys, we are going to host an EFI Live Class at our Las Vegas, NV facility.
Instructed by Mike Meyer and Newly Tolf

Here is what I have put together so far.

EFI Live Beginners Class

What you will learn:
• Reading tune from truck
• Use of the tuning tool
• Setting up FlashScan for logging, and additional parameters
• Use of the data logging/Scan tool
• Procedures for writing scripts, using scripts, and running scripts
• Adjusting tables, parameters and using the features to help do the calculations
• Basic fundamentals of tuning (Safe limits, making tables work with each other, etc.)
• Converting tunes into DSP2/5
• Flashing Modes
• Writing basic tunes (non race type tunes)
• Correcting tunes based on logs from scan tool
• Adjustments for Performance Parts
• Answering questions of students
• We will cover basic info for all engine codes (LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM)

Everyone will walk away knowing how to write a basic safe tune for the Duramax.

What you will need:
• FlashScan V2
• Laptop
• Notepad

We will include drinks and lunch.
Class will be in our Las Vegas Facility. The class will be Saturday April 30th.
It will be from 9AM to Noon, 1 hour lunch, then 1PM to 4PM, a total of 6 hours.
The cost will be $125 per student, and you must register and prepay by April 20th with a CC or MO.
Limited seats are available, so the sooner you save your seat the better.

PM me or call 702-737-7333 to register.

Here is one of the students feedback

I thought the class was great, learned alot about tuning but just as important I learned about the tools EFI Live provides to make the tunning easier.
Mike is a excellent instructor and the UNDERGROUND DIESEL facility is perfect for holding a class.
After the class, the Las Vegas channel 5 news was there interviewing Newly about the DPC. (congrats to Newly) So watched a few smokey burnouts, My truck was on the news that Night. Ok, my mirror was on the news, got in the way of the shoot with Newly taking off.

Thanks Mike and Newly for putting this on, I am looking foward to the intermediate and advanced classes.

06RedRam Call us anytime at the shop 702-737-7333 we are there from 8am-6pm Pacific time

The price is just a thought after looking into rooms and flights.... we can probably drop the price if we get 20 people signed up.

You guys will need to make a effort to travel. We cant come to all the states and if we dont get a good turn out we wont come.

Its up to you guys on how important it is to learn how to tune your own trucks and use your v2.

We would be interested also. We are from ohio but are willing to travel. Just need to know when and where, as we travel racing most of the year.

Does it matter if I have an 04? I assume the new V2s will be able to tune my truck after the programing is released. If so, I would be interested in both days and a V2.

Also I see this class is geared towards the Duramax. Will it also cover the Dodges? I assume the basics will be the same.
