Fish Tuning

I want to say thank you for the fantastic service you two always went way above and beyond you will be sadly missed. It's going to be hell to get any kind customer support. The day I found fish tuning and got hooked up with them was awesome! It was the best help I’ve yet to receive! Who else would spend over 6 hours on a Sunday helping me threw 6.7 Cummins issues!?.... I sure the hell know it wouldn’t be GUY because god knows that he can’t even call you back! He’s by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had experience with! Something people fail to realize is that without “small people” there isn’t such a thing as “big people”. Now who do we call!? Someone in a 7 hour time difference!? Or So Cal ? well lets see time difference isn’t going to happen!... and So Cal???? You cant even talk to GUY its always he’s busy have a number he can call you back?... it might be tomorrow! But guess what the call never comes and when I call for help I need some damn help now! I called fish tuning no matter the time the problem the day there was a answer and finding a fix to the problem I couldn’t ask for better customer support or service! I find ego a issue in this also this was a terrible decision. I couldn’t be more pissed off at the moment knowing I wont have the help I need because one of the best support lines you had has been taken away. Its sad to see such a “grown man” cry and stomp feet in a little hissy fit because of all this just because his customer service sucks so bad he cant sell stuff unless doing this… really dude step up your game and be the “better business” and you’d have more sells or increased sells but instead you suck at it and now we are suffering because of you!

To clarify what has already been said, Fish Tuning was one of only 2 distributors in the US for EFI Live with Socal diesel being the other. As of today Fish is no longer a distributor. Many tuning shops including us bought our EFI Live products from Fish and they will be greatly missed as their customer service is second to none. I am sure that most of the tuners on here are scratching their heads wondering what to do next as we are left with only one real option as to where to get products, and depending on who you talk to some do not like that option.

That is a question that I cannot answer as I do not know specifics. Like I said earlier it is a great loss to those of us who depended on them daily to make things run smoothly, and I hope that some kind of a resolution can be found.

Fish Tuning are no longer a distributor of our products. Whilst their customer service to their resellers and customers was by all accounts exceptional, their dealings with us unfortunately fell far below those levels. Was their distributorship taken away? Yes it was, but it was done for the right reasons - EFILive was suffering irreversible damage, so it was either make a break or become broken. We took the first option.

All of our resellers have been given several purchasing options in the short term - purchase direct, or purchase through our other Distributor. Cody, you've fallen through the cracks on this one given you'd started discussions with Fish, but they hadn't progressed.

The events of this week have been boiling away for a long period of time, it's unfortunate that we didn't already have another distribution channel in place, however we do hope that will be resolved very quickly. We believe that the arrangements we have in place for the short term will have little impact on the support and distribution of EFILive product.

As I said in the link Tony provided, I'm happy to provide assistance to any Fish Tuning Customer that requires it.

Cheers
Cindy

so basically they can only make money on writing custom tunes now...and not the sale of any V2's or the other units...and now have to deal with someone that they wouldnt normally deal with..

There are no changes. Authorized Resellers remain Authorized Resellers, there has been no changes to price (MAP or reseller pricing), or supply, only the person who ships the product to the Reseller has changed.

I'm not sure I understand your point.

Cheers
