Exhaust manifold

Hey everyone. I’m working on my buddies 93 12v and he wants a stainless manifold that also has the factory heater hose mounting stud.
Well afe manifold. Part number 46-40041
Is a stainless manifold with the heater stud in place. But. It says it’s only for 94-98 cummins.
Can anyone help me on why this manifold won’t work? Isn’t all 12v exhaust ports rectangular? And same size?

Has anyone bolted the afe manifold on to there 1st gen with any issues?
