Hello from Maryland

Hello to all. I have a 07.5 qclb 6.7 g56 4x4 dually. Currently the motor is out (has been for nearly 7 months) and I’m building a 6.4 twin fuel pump with compound turbo’s. I have most of the parts to complete this but I find myself working at the shop on customer stuff instead of my truck.

Welcome.

Any reason for the 6.4 build? If I would of had a 6.7 crank I would have stayed 6.7.

I like to play hard and I was at the limits of my comfort zone with the 6.7. Being a manual trans if I can get the rpms up on launch I have less shifting and the ability to run more rpms will allow me to keep it in a gear longer keeping my turbos at their most efficient numbers. My choice of turbos are a holset he451ve on the manifold and a s488/96/t6 hanging off it.

Hagerstown is not far at all. I’m in that area often getting parts.
