need price on a new block

I have a 99 ISB that has cracked. I would like a price quote on a new block and rings bearings and a gasket kit. Also just curious if there is any kind of reimbursement for cracked 53 blocks in these trucks, I have had people tell me there is and figured it never hurts to ask. Thanks for your time.

Call 1-800-diesels. In the past, Cummins had a program where you purchase the parts then submit a claim with all of the invoices and they would send you some money. I do not know if it is still active.
