Superduty Dana 60 knuckle conversion

I'll tell you what my plan is for my ford HP60. I'm going to drill out the knuckles and drop in the taper adapters and setup OTK with Chevy one-ton offset TREs(to help clear the diff cover). Then your draglink attaches to that ^. Chevy TREs are the most widely used and available at part houses also.

It should fit these knuckles how they currently sit.
They are super beefy.
They move out of the way of the diff.
They are very durable.
And they are cheap!

Like I said, the drag link might need some modification, but everything else should be easy.

I know using this setup on the D60 on my 97 ram requires you to cut some extra material off where the toe adjustment is (3/8" on both sides), because the axle is more narrow than the newer knuckle tie rod points.
