Solid tube and baffle heat exchanger for an EGR I assume? I hope quality control is tight on those welds!

We can't release too many details yet. We are waiting on the completion of our Patent application for the machine that creates the inner heat exchanging structures. So far, our FEA (Finite Element Analysis or computer modeling) test results have been pretty impressive for overall structure integrity, heat transfer and flow. While we believe that our new Patented heat exchanger design will be at least as effective as the OEM EGR cooler at thermal transfer, the true technological advance is the ability of our new heat exchanging core to survive extreme thermal events/expansion.
