04.5 - 578hp,1266tq

Well, I'm happy with my numbers.. expected numbers considering the 106,000 mile old cp3. Also, considering it's a load dyno. I'm sure a dynojet, assuming I spool the turbo, will make a bit more..

original cp3, floor it fca, I drilled hte gear case.
caped rail.
Air dog at 40psi.
DDP 90's
PS62 turbo nearing 50psi on the dyno.
banks intercooler with 3 cores disabled, high ram, tubes.
AFE stage 2, with cleaned filter
CONFe that some think was slipping just a little. (the jitter on the graph?), 60K+ miles old
Smarty TNT/R on #9, Timing 2, rail 4, TQMangament stock, 4000rpm.
Smarty with timing on 4, made 527hp.
TST = boost fooler
110psi springs
4" straight pip exhaust.
Lots of amsoil.
fluidamper
Bald nitto 285/70/17's.

That should do it for the specs.

Jason,

Nice job! We need to hook up when I come through MSP...... Hopefully I will be awarded a new aircraft in the fall and if so I will spend about 7-8 weeks there.

from my experience, an OFE doesn't just slip a little if it slips... but man, you're right there on the ragged edge of that thing at almost 1300ftlbs!!! I wouldn't recomend banging any hard shifts w/ high TM!

Yep, it's about time to pop in a new clutch. This sucks tho. To go any further, I need to for the most part upgrade everything else. Turbo, cp3, oem bolts, clutch, all on the ragged edge for sure.

Jetpilot, what time in the fall? early? late? once it's around October/November, all the out door fun stops until it snows.

Also, John at floor-it did a nice job. it was interesting to see the truck struggle at 3300rpm.

On more edit:

John hinted at the idea of actually pushing the wastegate back to 45psi. Pondering this idea, I'm curious as to my drive pressure and if I'm just shy of 600hp because of too much boost and WAY to much drive? Should of held out and tweaked that elbow and did another pull.

not an OFE, but an FE. but as far as hard launches, yeah, that's right, slips or grabs.

I decided to turn on the wastegates it's gated to 45psi now. It was around 48-50 psi for a while..
