Bigger Injectors now Horrible throttle hang

Well I recently installed a set of 50 percent over injectors in my half ton and now I have an issue if you are on the brakes spooling up and let off it continues to fuel at around 1300-1500 rpm for a few seconds then comes down to idle. Note, it DOES NOT have this issue whatsoever on a stock tune. If I select any of my tunes it does it. I tapered off rail pressure on the end and it still does it. Data log is showing it's commanding around 11k psi of rail press and it's jumpy also between 700-1300us off throttle. Any ideas on what to change? I'm stumped.
 
what half ton with EFI?

who made the tunes? can you see the pulse table? if its commanding 11k for a second after your off the skinny pedal its as simple as looking at the tables and finding where its coming from
