Doors can be done. You can get them all day long for tuner(ricer) cars.

Doors, fenders can be done. Flat panel dashes will be a piece of cake but if you want OE replicas then we start the mold process again. The ricer guys have two styles of doors/hoods to choose from, a street version and a full race version. The street version has a carbon fiber outer layer while the rest of the layers are typically S or E glass (fiberglass). The race version is full carbon fiber and much more expensive.

Dash bezel, doesn't have to match OE exactly as long as it fit and looked good im sure we would all be happy!

I have heard of dashes cracking before their time. Once you go carbon fiber you won't have to worry about that again!

I'm up in the panhandle...Ft Walton Bch. I talked with Ron at Suncoast today and told him we needed a test bed truck for making molds. It's all coming but will take some time. I have a couple priority projects going on right now and I have to go TDY (I work for the USAF) next month for three weeks so that is going to put me behind even more. I will try to put these dashes on the table to do as it seems this is a big problem with Dodge trucks.

Everything I do is under a vacuum, some small parts I do a wet lay but everything else is done by vacuum infusion process (VIP). VIP gives you a much better resin to mat ratio (70% mat 30% resin) which in turn gives you a lighter stronger part. Wet layup is more like a 50 50 ratio. The epoxy resins I use do not require heat during the cure cycle with the exception of the resin being used to make the stacks or anything else that is going to be near heat. Those parts will have to be cured under a controlled temperature process to stabilize the resin at the desired heat range. I don't want to be long winded here but I love this stuff so allow me to say, I do work on the CV-22 Osprey which is 90% carbon fiber. We rarely have to do a carbon fiber repair but when we do the process is much different than the one I do on my own. The resins I use at work are formulated to be cured under a heat range for several hours and it is a process called double debulking. This is very expensive and not cost efficient to do on let’s say your daily driver so I have done extensive research to locate company's who have epoxy resins specifically formulated for VIP and are willing to sell to me in small quantities. So far everything I have done has not failed, cracked or delaminated.
Sorry about your dash, wish the wheels could turn a bit faster here to "getr" done but it is what it is. Have a good time this weekend!

Do you have any results on your carbon fiber stacks?
Sure hope this amounts to something...
