I have always just taken parts to the machine shop if I needed that. Never seen one for sale.

I have an older one kicking around in the shed. Came from a trucking company maintenance shop buy out. It does need a little work to get back into shape. And parts are still available. I will make you one hell of a deal on it if you want it.
