Lift body question

Looking to lift the body on a 71 Chevy. It's a steel body cab is gutted, no floor, windows are lexan. Going to cut firewall out and fab new lexan one with framing. What size either square or rectangle tubing do you recommend for the main skeleton? I'm guessing cab weighs around 350-400 with doors on. My first thought was 1x1 .125 wall but I'm thinking by the time you add enough bracing to keep from bending I may be better off with a rectangular piece possibly 1x2? Any thoughts or input will be greatly appreciated
