Help for a new member - Cumminss2000

Hey guys, hoping a mod can help my buddy Jake out.. He just signed up today here on CompD at my suggestion. His user name is Cumminss2000, but he can't post or view attachments, etc.. He can receive PM's though.

If one of you mods could help him out, I'd really appreciate it!
