We currently charge $200 to calibrate/max the p7100 pumps.

While it's on the test stand, we'll check phase timing and verify correct lock timing. We'll rack the barrels for max fuel, even out the cylinder to cylinder flow, re-set the low idle and tune the governor springs as needed.

The only other cost to figure in is return shipping, which runs between $40 and $50 depending on where you're located (UPS Ground Insured). So $250ish total to max the pump and get it back to you.

Be sure to post any other questions you've got and I'll answer them as best as I can. Hopefully others can reference this thread and I can add to it as needed.

-Seth

Sounds great, Seth. I'll be giving you a call soon for sure. I just received a set of CDS 5k's so its nice to see that you will tune them for me.

Do you guys go through (clean/set pop offs) injectors as well?

Yes we do. We check them for free (pop-off pressure and how well they chatter). We clean and reset them to spec. for $16 each.

Yes. That price is good for all the P7100/RQV pump and gov. setups.
