Anyone know Holset turbos very well?

More specs on the car. The 12cm housing isn't tiny by any means for a 4 cylinder car. With the wastegate off the manifold and a properly blocked wastegate passage, it should still build boost by 4-5k (again I don't know displacement.)
 
Its on a honda built 1.6 with ramhorn manifold on e85. I think we figured it out took exhaust wheel off my hx35 and swapped it over and now its making boost. His wheel didnt look bad but guess somethin is jacked on it.

12cm they figure is around a .68 a/r from what im getting so not to bad alot of guys use the 14cm
