06 Lbz or?

Hey Guy's looking at buying an 06 but want to be sure its and lbz. What's the easiest way to check this? Oh I'm new to GM diesel's have owned a Dodge but really like Gm styling...

look at the vin if the eighth digit is a "D" then its an lbz motor. If the either digiit is a "2" then its an lly.

Ok Guy's I have figured it out should have just looked a bit further. The Truck is an LBZ and it is nice! Now is it big enough? It is just an extra cab with jump seats. Now this would have been perfect if it was just me and the Old lady but unfortunately I have 3 large Boy's that are still rather young. Decisions...... Hey how hard is it to make some more power with the LBZ? Or should I say How much Lol!

they have an extended cab with half doors that will have more room in back than a 2nd gen truck, but not a ton more... if it's a crew cab, it will have more room than a 3rd gen quad cab dodge
