Blackened Mustang and 69 YearOne Charger received many awards at Good Guys

I just found out from dad that the 'new for 2006' Viper Red Yearone 69 Road Runner 440 Convertible took three awards and the most important was the MOPAR CHOICE award.

The Blackened Mustang (owned by Bud the producer of Overhaulin and TLC Rides) won four different award and was the Eagle1 award.

Both cars were built at YearOne in Georgia and every coating on them from the bare metal up are products we make.

Hell Yeah Baby! Acclaims like this makes having to work all day last Saturday worth it!

The 440 Charger is too....oops I said Road Runner. When it gets back to GA again I'll have JHarvey do some of his photo magic with it.

The cool part about the Charger was they had some ghosting around the areas where they had welded the rear quarters in so in between car shows it came back to YearOne to have those areas fixed and re-painted. The paint was 'still wet' when it showed up at this car show to win its awards.

I screwed up again. It is a Roadrunner that they call the RedRunner because its Viper Red.

I get confused easily.LOL

I recently found out this is our paint as well. I still need to get in touch with the owner to see if he's cool with us putting photo's on our photo page.
