My current rig

2008 with a 2011+ front end, mint straight axle done by signature metal fab with front and rear 2017 f250 axles to keep gearing and lug pattern the same front to rear. Brand new drilled and slotted rotors, brand new driveshafts, leaf springs, coil springs, shocks, everything from the cab down is brand new (5000 miles now). Professionally Painted frame and axles with ppg black paint. Motor was rebuilt due to cracked ****ty lmm piston now has lb7 pistons, billet borgwarner s363sxe, sdp billet y bridge and 3" intercooler piping, deleted and tuned, and basically everything that bolts to the engine is brand new oem acdelco parts. While the trans was out I had it freshened up with a stock rebuild, and bd diesel torque converter, fleece transmission cooler lines. 24x14 American force atoms with 36.5" terra grapplers, new steering box and all power steering lines.

Dont take this the wrong way, but you werent very smart to do just a stock rebuild on the Allison when you had it out. That driveline plus your engine mods will limp it in short order.
