any way to identify injector/nozzle

Pin gauge the nozzle, use piano wire or similar. It wouldn't tell you everything, but it would put you in the ball park. You could probably optically measure the hole with a computer program.

This is how I've figured out mystery nozzles in the past. Pin gauge the hole size and then pin gauges under an optical comparator to check spray angle. Also agreed with Jasonc, the high boost and egt indicative of low timing.

finnaly just put 5x14 nozzle and truck run cleaner and cooler!! by eyes its the stock nozzle.. holes are smaller than the 5x14 nozzle!
