Is the skull I'm talking about right above the home bar at the top of this page copyrighted? If its not, Is it ok for me to have one made I dont want to do anything without permission first.

I would prefer you go through Ron(OrangeNV)to get your Stickers. He took the time to set them up and such, plus does a great job with them.
