It's near the cp3 and under the intake grate.
It's a smooth and ling taper on the inside. Not sure what was there before.
It leaks oil pretty bad.
Do I need to plug it off? What kind of plug would work? It's unlikely a freeze plug, no way to get a hammer to it directly under the intake.
