Trans problem, or traction problem?

Starting to feel like the truck has been making alot of noise, and not really getting it to the ground due to some trans slipping of some sort.

Need to get a camera on the gauges to be sure... But what do you think?

Does my wheel speed look right? Am I over powering the track, or the trans?

4.56 gears, I "think" I am locked up in 3rd gear low range... But I can only count two shifts, and a lockup.

I dont see any trans problems.

Now there is a problem getting the power to the ground.

lift, big mud tires, wrong air pressure for the track.

Your not really gonna here the 1-2 shift.

So I normally run 18 PSI in the front, and about 25-30 in the back.

They are 37x13.5.

4.56 gears.

What can I do to get more traction?

I am at weight (9k), but I can remove the tailgate, spare tire, etc and put more in the front box.

Just seems like nothing is going on since I put the bigger twins on. Hard to judge how I do when there aren't many around with the same setup.

Move your hitch, you just have crap tracks and have to deal with it.

I have it as high as rules allow... Most tracks are 26", some are 24".

It is as far forward as I can get with the superhitch.

You think it will help to cut everything out and move it more forward?

DOH!

Guess it depends on how much it would help.

I still use the truck every day. Hauls the camper, tows the trailer...

Wonder if more wheel speed would help at this point...

Maybe it's time to dual up the rear axle...

Moving the hitch forward will load the truck more. Duals will definately help with bite. I'd up the air pressure in the rears some. That might help keep the tires from giving as much and keep your hitch higher as well. Definately not the best track in the world. Is it just me or does the chain seem just a hair long? That would make a difference but as Z said, the track is a huge factor.

Definantly dual it and try a different tire. Go with something not as aggressive maybe that's the problem. If it keeps giving you problems just give me the truck lol! I think the truck is badass and hell it's a lot mor truck than I have hahaha.
