First time tonite!! Suk!

Cuda

EFIng amazing.
So.. I just made my first hook with my 2wd... Probably will stick to drag racing. I might have got 10 feet. weighed 6900, and with my street tread, I barley did anything.. I had some good mud tires at my shop, and almost put them on, but was told the track was hard, and wouldn"t matter. Well, they got a water truck, and tilled the place so it would be nice, and it was for the biggins. But as for me, I might try it sometime later with 1k in the bed, and mudders. But till then, I think that I will just keep draggin it.

yeah empty and street tire dont to to well on any vehicle when it comes to sled pulling.

should try the mudders and the extra weight.... might be suprised ;)

Cuda, we want video.

Yeah, that didn't work out as we talked about!!:hehe:
All I could do was laugh.. at first, i was thinking, oh chit its moving, then quickly stopped.. then the crowd roared.. Everyone wants to be like Cuda! :Cheer:

What kind of hitch do you have? Hey 10ft isn't that bad my first might have pulled 16in.

Its a ring stickin out of the hitch.. i should make a raised one, and add about 1k in the bed of the truck.. If I ever try it again, I'll be better prepared. this was a "hey, what the hell. why not "

I understand, same with me. I did have a little time to make a hitch and fill a 55 gallon drum full of water to make my weight. I never plan on winning a pull. I just like to beat myself

guy's don't get discouraged with the a good set of bitting tires and the weight in the right place you will be able to finnish in the top spots it is going to be harder with the quad cabs.can you guy's run duelly tires that would help.

Dale

Do you think its better to run some 315 BFG A/T half worn, or some 265 mudders with good tread?

HA! just saw Malibu's title.. 2wd numb nut!!!! Geeze I need a title.. like "Killed Micheal Jackson"

so.. 34" tire all terrain at a 315 width would be better than a 265 mudder with a 32" height? I know that getting some wheel speed is important, and that too agressive of a tire can actually hinder a pull.. I am torn between the smaller, shorter mudder, or the taller, wider BFG A/T's..

im glad you guys arent giving up! i was waitin for the front tires to come off the ground at bunker hill. you came out of the hole mad at that sled!
