I'm honestly really happy with it. I can build 10psi in any gear by 1450rpm. I am a little curious to see what a diverter in the center of the turbo flange would do for flow.
One thing I would like to note is that I had to build up the weld more on the inside of the head port flanges and then machine/grind it flat. There wasn't enough surface area there initially to get a good seal.

Buy custom pressure plates to fit extra frictions in your transmission? Naw... Make em.

Dec 22nd 2015
Did some engine cleanup and painting today. Going to use some yellow zinc bolts for the exhaust manifold and intake manifold. Help brake up the black and silver a little bit and add to the industrial look.

I think he was referring to the pattern for your homemade eccentric on the interstage pipe? Stainless would be great! How thick was the flange used on the exhaust manifold? PM me a price for one out of 304 .125" with a 5/8ths flange, I'll do all the welding so basically materials and your time to pre bend. Thanks!

Ah. Solidworks. Lofted bend. Then flat pattern.
I just realized why I didn't do it out of stainless. I can only laser up to 1/4" ss and plasma up to 1/2" I think.

Soda blasted all the body parts.
The wife stripping the panels and trim off the doors we are going to use.
Bed epoxied and welding the refurbed stake pockets on.
The group that helped me today with cleaning parts and sanding the bed to prep for epoxy.

Got the stake pockets all welded on the bed and primed. Just a little body filler and sanding before sealing and base coat.
Feb 19th
Cut the skin off the cleanest tail gate I had. Hopefully I'll have the new frame made up tomorrow. I think I'm going to laminate it with 14 gauge.

March 22nd 2016
Got this thing driving around the block. It was fun soldering the 88 Jeep Cherokee steering column ignition, blinkers, ect to the 94 dodge harness. Took a lot of patience and staring at wiring diagrams. Got the front headlights and blinkers all wired up, tail lights are wired up; all that's left is to rig up a momentary toggle switch as a brake light switch.
And here's a video. I was going to take it out on a little straight stretch of road but there was a cop that had just pulled up to the intersection.

Yea. Solidworks. Drew the 2 circles with the offset I needed. Lofted sheet metal feature. Flatten sheet metal feature. Cut it out on the plasma.

Do you have a CNC plasma table?

We had a cheapy plasmacam table and a decent HD plasma table at the time. Now we mainly use a 2500w CNC laser. A lot nicer. if you are wondering about using the plasma for the thick stainless manifold flange. We could do that. It just worries me a little bit sometimes with how much heat affected area it leaves.

Anyone have any good ideas on adding a practical receiver to my rear crossmember? Should I just french it in to the 3/16" rect tube and let a big drop hitch take up the rest? I don't plan on running a bumper or anything as that how they came from the factory and I think it looks cleaner this way. (I haven't done this yet so if anyone on Comp D has any ideas...)
Been driving the truck for the last 1-1/2 weeks and have missed a few updates. She's making 55 psi of boost. Took her to the drag strip on a relaxed night. No timer but the estimate was low 14s. Which is excellent considering my overdrive and torque converter lockup wasn't working and I was stuck at 70mph down the last 1/4 of the track without governor springs. Not to mention I could barely keep traction with only 2wd currently. Spun the 37s for the first 20 feet.
Anyways. This is what the back looks like right now.
Custom tail light brackets I made up the other day.
And last night when I pulled the cab to install heavier valve springs and governor spring kit so I can wrap the Cummins out to 4000rpm; I decided to go ahead and bedline the bottom of the cab. Trying out the herculiner.
