Ebay issues

Due solely on the fact that I had to cancel some sales to California that were not CARB legal EBay has limited my account. They promised it would get resolved but did nothing within the time frame they said they would.

I have had MANY good Ebay transactions and a few bad ones... Just found out that some microSD cards I bought for our cell phones were counterfeit not genuine SanDisk and ebay says it is too late and the seller says too bad buy another...
