On the first picture the left (IE 1200) 23 spline shaft shows that the cutter is run into the base of the radius. It is done intentionally for ease of identification. The 29 spline shaft next to (IE-1480) is the strongest output shaft we have scene available in any of the Diesel pickup truck transmissions.
Pictures 2-4 shows that a factory manual transfercase input gear needs to be used. And of course the before and afters of parting it to size.
