got home from work today and shut my truck off in the garage only to hear a "ticking" noise after it was keyed off. it almost sounds like an electric squirt gun. lasts only for a second or two.
it sounded like it was coming from the drivers side - rear of the motor.
it will do it if you turn the key to the run position and then turn it back off.
there are no lights or anything on, seemed to run fine on the way home
only thing thing recently done to the truck was a warranty injection pump 2 thousand miles ago
its on an 05 with an auto trans by the way
