wheel adapters 8x6.5 to 10x225mm

just wondering if any of you guys have seen a set of adapters like this
(8x6.5 to 10x225mm ) planning on bolting a set of 19.5 alloy wheels from a 2010 dodge 5500 to my 1994 dually. i have the rims and tires new off my 5500 witch i put 22.5's on. i figured my 1 ton need tires and they would be cool
