The bottom 3" of the sides will be Solid lead. And I'm going to fill some 4x6x13 tubing for 125lb removable weights.

Added the side plates, putting in a set of 1"pipe bungs and a set of 3/4" pipe bungs for versatility or adding a second pump.

There will be a 1/4" ball valve on the bottom for the drain.

Put in a screen to keep ice out of pump inlet (it's the outside of a canister style air filter), and added the top lid support for water tank.

Regular Mild Hard wire with tri-mix gas. Because of the dissimilar materials.

Structure is pretty much finished.
Added the ice box lid(using barn door hinge) and "D" ring pull point.

After its painted the top of the ice box will get a rubber seal.

It's painted and installed.

Painted it with two part epoxy paint, and spread the inside seams with the flex-seal stuff to ensure no water leaks.

Next will be to install fuel tank and batteries.

Unfortunately all of the pics I took of building the 10' bed were accidently deleted off my phone by my 3yr old.
