#10 fuel plate - need bolt?

OK, I got a #10 fuel plate for my truck. Was watching on youtube how to install it but realized that I didn't get a bolt to replace the tamper proof one that you have to break off. Anyone know where to get one? What size? or anything that might help. Is there anything else that I might be missing.

if you do this carefully the bolt won't break and you can reuse it.. I use a torx bit slightly larger than the hole, hammer it in and loosen carefully.... also the impact drivers you hit with a hammer are with the money when doing this...
