2010 get together.

Dennis talked to the Bowling Green officials. There is going to be a "no tolerance" policy next year. Blow smoke, drage race, do a burn out and you're done. I can't wait. I went the last 2 years and had a good. Get rid of the power drinkers and idiots and it'll be even better. I hope to see you guys there.

I'm very glad to hear this

I am to, I can't believe they abused that facility...But hey we all get throttle happy I just hope this will put a stop to it...that event is too awesome just to cancel do to wreck less drunks.

I would like to start getting numbers of people attending so we can make arrangements. Planning on the weekend of TS 2010 some place in BG, KY. Thanks

I think so too. I think the more we get out there and spread GOD's word and do positive things in our communities (this includes simply behaving ourselves at national events and acting Christ-like), the better our standing as diesel enthusiasts will be in the community. It may take a long time to un-do any damage that may have been done in the past, but we need to start!

Sonds great would like to meet you Guys Im plaining to be there with a booth Im Wayne from Midwest truck products i was there last year with the Valair clutch booth :woohoo:

Any ideas on gtg? I was thinking maybe all meet at Outback or something. If anyone lives close to Bowling Green with ideas, let everyone know!

I Live Close And All The Resturants are Usually Really Busy on Weekends There Is A good BBQ Place just Out Of Town 2-3 Miles Would Be Good

As long as we make our presence and existence known at the event, it doesn't matter where we go to eat.

Where do we want to go to church on Sunday? Anyone have a preference?

I by no means know my way around Bowling Green, so any help is helpful. You are right a showing through out the weekend will be the best, and eating is always good to!

Well why don't we somewhat promote at the event, set up tent and grille or hang out or something, t-shirts, decals. Then we could eat somewhere or heck just have a devotional or testimony at the track or something.

This is Great. I've been doing the diesel thing for years now but I'm new to this site. This is the first I've heard of Diesels for Christ, and I think it's great. I'm in the same boat as the rest of you, I love to go to the diesel events, but I'm not really happy with what else goes on at them. I have two boys (6&7) that love trucks also, but I won't take them to very many events just becasue of what goes on. This would be awesome if this movement went nation wide, and no matter what event you went to there was a group from Diesels for Christ there to be seen. What do I need to do to become part of this group?

Doug

Im just curios where most of you are located ??
Im about 30 miles from the TS event

I'm in Nashport, OH. It's about a 6 1/2 hour drive to Bowling Green. I plan on being there early thursday afternoon. I can't wait to meet the other DFC guys and gals.
