Factory Trifold Tonneau cover

On the 6.5' bed with the factory installed tonneau cover, will it fold up flat when pulling a gooseneck trailer? Or does it stand up and block the back window?

I like the cover, but haven't seen anyone use it with a gooseneck, and I don't want to lose the visibility out the back window
