No two wheel drive trans will bolt to a tcase without changing the tail housing and output shaft, changing the output shaft requires a complete trans tear down,
You ether have a turbo 350 or turbo 400 and the 350 will not stand up behind a 5.9 Cummins.
There are companies that make adapters and flywheels for GM trans to Cummins engine.
Diesel Conversion Specialist and Destroked come to mind.
Most 2x4 frames are different from 4x4 frames, you probably need a 4x4 frame or splice in a 4x4 front frame section to what you have.
