Early and late 04s

The 04.5 engines were the first 325 HP, so yours is 2004.5 1320 is correct on the date.

Different piston and injectors were the only real difference in engine design until 2006 model year.

Dang, the guy looking up paint codes at the body shop ain't gonna like this! :lol:

Did not know that, because I do bodywork badly, and with a spray can.
I always assume the paint code was listed on a sticker in the glovebox or door frame.

Plus a post injection event and in-cylinder EGR camshaft. All of that equals a sooty bumper from factory.
