The opening pull of the 2009 season for the PRO STOCK DIESEL 4x4 class will be held at Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania on Saturday, May 23 with a 6:30pm starting time. This pull is sanctioned by USA-EAST and will be promoted by Full Pull Productions. This is the first event since the class was re-named PRO STOCK DIESEL after the end of last season.

Pullers do NOT have to become a member of USA-EAST in order to compete at this pull. Entry fee is $25.00 per truck. This is the first time that the PRO STOCK DIESELS have pulled at this raceway.

The purse will pay to twelve places as follows:
$525 - $425 - $320 - $220 - $160 - $110 - $85 - $75 - $65 - $60 - $55 - $50

Other classes will Big Rigs Semis; Pro Stock Tractors and a class for street licensed GAS 4x4 trucks.

we just got the word that the PRO STOCK DIESELS will be the FIRST class at Mercer on May 23. Pull starts at 6:30pm - so all trucks will have to be on the grounds and registered by 5:00pm on that date.

for PRO STOCK DIESEL owners who have never been to Mercer Raceway Park for the pulls....

1. This is a racetrack and the Pit Gate is run like a RACETRACK. So don't get upset when you get to the gate.
2. ALL persons will have to purchase a Pit Pass at a cost of $22.00.
3. When you register your truck to pull (and pay your entry fee of $25.00)you will receive $44.00 from Full Pull Productions' entry clerk.
4. The $44.00 refund is to 're-imburse' for DRIVER and HELPER who had to pay at the Pit Gate.
5. Kids Under 15 (with pullers) will get in for $11.00 until 4:30pm. After that the normal pit fee is charge.
6. Last year they let 'little kids' - like age 3 and under in Free, but do not count on that.

this process applies to all vehicles in all classes.

is there discount if we get there early for the pits???
 
do you guys allow a welded in factory rear axle and the radiator mounted in the bed? for the pro stock class
 
well im not pulling but i will be there. look forward to a great evening of pulling and do they serve beer or can you bring your own. we are not pulling so was curious

The rules state the radiator must be in the factory location. $.02. We'll have to see what Rick says on that one though. Maybe you can exibition, dunno. I think Ill come and burn my one Pro Stock pull of the year.

The previous post was correct in regarding the location of the radiator for the Pro Stock Diesel class which must be in the stock location. You would be more than welcome to come and make an exhibition pass if you would like to do that.
