06 07 Bumper on 94-01 Ram

Anybody ever tried mounting a 06-07 bumper on a 94-01 2nd gen ram I remembered seeing a picture of one in diesel power a few years back and went and dug up the old magazine. It was back in July 07 article of dalens orange truck. The headlight lines match up perfect but of course there is a pretty decent size gap between the bottom of the grille and the top of the bumper but it looks decent. Just curious if anyone else has tried it or has any input. I have acess to a new sport bumper off a 07 is why I am asking instead of trying to buy another 2nd gen sport bumper after I just got taken for $450 by another member. Anyone have an input I appreciate it.

I put one on my 95. I am pretty happy with how it turned out. I could get a sport grill to fill the gap a little but I think it look fine for now.

that looks a lot better than most ive seen what mods did u have to do to make it fit?

Yea im curious about how easy it would be to do to my truck. Im in need of a new bumper anyway. I agree with goldduster that does look better than some of the others ive seen
