68RFE and TCC Tuning Question
Is there any way to make the torque converter tighter off the line so the truck doesn't feel so laggy? Tuning wise. I know getting a different stall would obviously help but in terms of the stock TCC.

Its a fluid coupler. No way to change tightness with tuning, it will require internal modifications.

Higher viscosity oil will tighten up the converter some.

Do the 68’s like that? I know we can get away with it in 47’s and 48’s...

Yeah, I'm not sure. I don't think it would be a problem but I have zero experience on the 68's.

What's your current status? Stock, tuned, tuned and deleted?
The difference in tunes by a tuner that's good at the 68s is huge. Revmax has a list of approved tuners and those guys are generally the ones to stick with.

Forgive me if this is off subject but I just got a 2010 that already has efi live, has a built trans also. How would I know if the trans has been tuned? I don't even know who tuned the truck. (Considering having it tuned cause that's kinda driving me nuts)
