Yes i figured that, but i know in the early development days they were talking about running as high as 8500rpm in dyno testing, then after the spec turbo's and very limited boost it has gotten quite low, likely utilizing the TQ curve for pulling out of corners and grabing gears faster.

I thought those turbo restrictors didn't work.
