19hp Kawi Twin Charging System

Anyone know how to troubleshoot/test this charging system? The Kawi in the Scag has been randomly charging the battery for months and I don't see any obvious problems like cut wires or blown fuses.

This has to be a pretty simply system to troubleshoot but this is my first Kawi so any advice would be appreciated!

If you aren't blowing fuses.....

I'd check for any loose connections.
Otherwise it could be the *brain box* (not sure what the tech. term for it is) going bad.
