what gear oil

its time for some fresh gear oil. right now i am running amsoil 80w90. what does everyone run for gear oil in the front and rear diffs? i did a search but dident come up with much. i was thinking of going to 75w110 or 75w140. the truck is over 500rwhp and i do tow with the truck.

I use Amsoil severe gear 75w-90. I use it front and rear.
