questions about a possible issue

hi there, i purchased one of your clutches through alligator performance:

VALAIR NMU70DMAXDD-SI - 12.00" x 1.375" Performance Replacement Sintered Iron Disk rated at 750HP and 1400 Ft lbs torque - fits 10-06 GM 6.6L Duramax with Manual Transmission

this is the clutch, now i know ive got more clutch than i need but ive got plans to be making much more power than i am now but the clutch was going to just went ahead and bought the big one. ive got about 1000 miles on it now, ive run it hard pretty much every time i get in it, and ive got one hook on it. the issue is that it chatters really bad. for some reason i cannot take off in second gear as well anymore either. the chattering occurs more in the low gears mostly when downshifting, but has and will do it at any time. i know i had problems getting the clutch to bleed out good but i finaly got it. just wondering if this is normal for this clutch? but other than the chattering i love this clutch, holds the power really well.
