Do you have a parts number for these "Mack 237" nozzles? I called coulumbus diesel supply and they didn't know what I was talking about. I am putting a john deere turbo airsearch on my 3000 at the moment. I can post pictures up later. I took the manifold off of a 3600 and flipped it over and custom made an adapter from the 3 bolt pattern on the manifold to a T4 turbo flange. Welded the turbo drain plug in the oil pan, and added a oil supply tee from the oil pressure sender. It seems to work find. I need to finish the pryometer and boost gauge install. I also had to modify the hood for the stack, but it all fits under the stock hood.

Thats good, I was worried that the fuel might spray out of the cups. I will take some more pictures when I am done, I got to hookup the pyro and boost gauge. Its a dual setup from Ispro out of a peterbuilt truck.

I also port matched the exhaust side on the head to match the gasket, the adaper is made out of 304 sst and a 3" header flange is almost a perfect match to the 3600 manifold 3 bolt pattern, a 45 deg. and a turbo T4 flange. I am worried the turbo might be alittle big, but if a 4000 201 Ci VS. 3000 175 Ci. can spin a HX35 and HY35 then I guess I will be ok.

not really plan on pulling, just a little more power around the farm, I dont know of any pullers in my area of East Texas. I think a 50 HP increase would be a bit much I was only hopeing for 10 - 15 HP increase, the rear end on a 3000 wouldn't take that much power I dont think. I think the engine is only rated for like 47 Hp at the flywheel for a 3 cylinder.

don't worry about the rear end their plenty heavy enough for a 100hp, not to much smaller then a 5000 and they will take over 250 stock. i think you should move life without pulling is no life at all. lol

OK got the injectors back from being pop tested, mowed with the tractor yesterday and seemed to run fine. Less white smoke at when cold and more black smoke when under a load. Here are the current pictures with the turbo, oil line, and plumbing in place and working. I wanna wrap the up pipe with header wrap after I paint the tractor.

Nice setup! Couldn't you run the intake pipe above the radiator and utilize the cooler air from outside the tractor? Our industrial 4400s are run this way.
