Does anyone make a 625 head stud for a 17 6.7? Was looking to do a egr delete and stud the head as well

ARP doesn’t offer the 625’s for the 6.7 Powerstroke as far as I know.
Absolutely no need for them on a deleted and tuned truck. Stock headbolts are good for well over 700hp on them. The rods will fail before the head gaskets.

i know of some with box borg S475's and some with precision 7625's. All configured to blow thru a factory style vgt turbo in the factory location.

Well my truck made 668hp / 1248 tq last weekend on a kill tune, modded factory style vgt and stroker fuel pump. Gets thrashed daily on the street and I am confident I will blow up the motor before the heads lift...
