need re-tuning? help please?

I just installed injectors with 30 over nozzles. The guy that shisted I mean sold em to me claims I won't need re-tuning that the PCM will compensate? Any body been here done that? Right now I get a lot of smoke and I don't want to keep driving it till I KNOW whether I need a new burn or what???
Appreciate any feedback here I'm kinda stuck till I know what to do this is my first ****y I mean Chevy. I'm more a stroker dude with a wanna be Dodge 12 valve model next.
btw This is an 02 Sierra with a dad burn LB7 and Allison.

I am having a really hard time believing you are serious and not a troll.

That said, whoever sold you the injectors is a complete idiot. Yes you need to get the truck tuned properly.
