LB7 valve adj. spec

Would someone give me the valve specs for an 02 LB7. I'm new to The Chebbies so I may bore you all with my ridiculous questions but I know little about them and don't have any books yet.
Been a die hard Powerstroke nut for years. Got three of em. With full sets of Helm books.
Thanks anyone for the help.

You'll be good.

You'd be a bad arss if you could rip the valve covers off with the engine still hot..... Lots of stuff in the way to get the lower valve covers off.

Oh and friendly advice about compd, use English and no abbreviations.
