Cad files for cummins block/deck profile?

Does anyone have a cad or solidworks file or dimensioned drawing layout for the deck of a 5.9 block? Something that could be used to make an accurate torque plate?

Also looking for one with full details of oiling and cooling holes to have a copper head gasket cut.

Good luck!

You might have better luck requesting a DXF of the deck head.

What block? vp or cr? Wouldn't matter for torque plate, but gasket I believe there are differences.

I could possibly find some time to model a thing or two.

And like cornelius said, the file you want depends on if you're wanting to get one machined or burned out(laser, plasma, water jet).

File type doesn't really matter. I can convert or work with pretty much anything to get what I need.

Watching this. I was searching for the same a few months ago. Wanted to have a Torque Plate water jet cut/ machine finished out of 2" stainless.

That should be pretty easy to draw up if you are using as a torque plate. The holes can have some clearance. I believe once you get one cylinder bore/head bolt pattern figured out, you can just linear pattern it x6 to whatever the bore spacing is.

I am sure that you have seen this thread. Not sure if the 12V and 24V will have the same head bolt spacing but they should since the blocks are interchangeable.
