Smarty delete files

My buddy has a smarty Jr that works up to a 2012. it currently does not have the delate files. is there anyone I can send it to to get the delete files loaded on it? Thank you
 
You can find them places, but you'd need a "ME" version to run that software if I'm not mistaken.

ME = Middle East
 
If you do a search on the internet there is a list of all the files you can download. I used to have it saved but got a new phone and went with efi live.
