Weight Savings???

Anyone know the weight savings of running a ex cab lng box vs a single cab and stretching the bed for a 3.0 ODL truck. 2nd gen body. Just curious if its worth the stretching and extra body work$$$. Thanks in advance.

How much is your time worth to you? And how much is winning worth to you?

Sean I do have two bare box sides from an 8 foot box I can weigh to give you an idea of what a section of the box weighs. I think I have a chunk of frame rail laying around too. Give me a shout this weekend and I should have the numbers for you.

You are saving the weight of the cab roof an floor. Probably 60-70 lbs but with the way PPL is letting people guy cabs I don't think it is worth it. If you are building then do it but if you have an ex cab then don't waste your time.
