Commonrail injectors

I have had many 12v and one 24v vp truck. This is my first commonrail and second Cummins with an auto. I'm looking for some injectors for it. I'm looking for a set of 250% overs. I have read that my best bet would most likely be exergy or s&s but, is F1 still in business and who is a dealer for them. Truck is an 04.5 ho with an auto.

F1 is definitely still in business. Tim Barber (TRE Diesel) has been a dealer for them for many years

I am running a set of their super mentals, they are suppose to be 150% overs but I think they are more than that with the body mods.

That all depends on your turbo setup and tuning.

For the size of them, yes. I think it could be cleaned up a with a bit more rail pressure at idle.

I’ve ran 3 sets of f-1 injectors over the last 11 years and have had no problems.

Yes I was maybe thinking Of trying a set of his Apex injectors Somewhere in a 250% over. Every vendor I have checked doesn't list them though most don't Even list the F1 in a larger size than 100% over.

Has anyone ran his Apex series? What's the difference between them and the flux series. Is it just the nozzle?

The apex series use a different nozzle as well as body mods. I've run apex 135% overs on three 5.9 trucks, apex 250%'s on a 6.7, apex 315% on our new race truck and they are by far the cleanest burning injectors I've used. You won't be disappointed with the apex injectors.

That's what I'm talking about I see they don't offer 250% over on F1 website 209% or 300%

They can make you 250% if that's what you want. 250's should make an easy 1400-1500 on fuel as long as the rest of your setup is right.

Don is in the process of making me a set of 300% apex injectors now.
I just had a heart attack so I wont be using them. I went threw Tim Barber.
If you are interested in them, they could be shipped to you from Don.
Call Tim and ask what a set would cost you, I will give you a deal on these
they are already paid for.

I forgot to mention, they are being made in the 03 04 spray pattern they are still being made so that could change.
